Operation Thunderstorm puts you in MI6's boots during one of WWII's riskiest gambits: eliminating three high-ranking Nazi targets. It's a straightforward action game that leans into violent, linear mission design rather than open-world stealth. Each operation gives you a location, an objective, and some latitude in how you approach it, though the rails are visible. The game doesn't reinvent anything. Level design is functional, gunplay feels serviceable, and the historical framing is thin. But if you want a sub-5-hour action romp set in a recognizable historical moment without pretension, it delivers exactly that. It knows what it is and doesn't overstay its welcome.
