paysafecard is a prepaid payment method: a 16-digit PIN you can spend at thousands of online shops, games and services that accept paysafecard: without a bank card.

A paysafecard PIN gets spent at checkout on sites that accept paysafecard as a payment method: game stores, subscription renewals, in-game currency top-ups and other digital purchases. You receive the code as a key, enter the digits where the site asks for them, and the amount comes off the balance attached to that code. We list 41 of these from a single store, spread across five currencies, so the real question is not what it does but which currency and which value you need.
The values we carry, by currency: EUR at 5, 10, 15, 20, 22, 25, 30, 47, 50, 97 and 100; GBP at 10, 25, 50, 75 and 100; USD at 10, 20, 50 and 100; AED at 50, 100, 250, 500 and 750; and CHF at 25, 75 and 150. Every listing sits under the Global region tag. If you are trying to hit an exact total rather than a round number, the odd EUR values of 22, 47 and 97 fill the gaps between the standard steps.
Match the currency of the code to the account and the country you are paying from. A paysafecard PIN is tied to the currency it was issued in, so a EUR code will not redeem where the merchant or your paysafecard account is set to GBP, USD, AED or CHF. Check that before you buy, because a mismatched code does not convert, it simply fails at the moment you try to use it. The Global tag describes how these are sold, not a guarantee that any code works in any currency.
Leftover balance stays on the code. Whatever remains after a purchase is still there for the next payment in the same currency, but it does not turn back into money, does not move across to another currency, and is not something we can reverse or refund. Spend 90 of a CHF 150 code and the remaining 60 sits on that PIN until you use it somewhere that takes paysafecard in CHF. That is why it is usually better to buy the value you actually plan to spend, or use a small one like EUR 5 or USD 10 to close a gap.

Yes, 100 is one of the EUR values we carry. There are also 100 options in GBP, USD and AED, so make sure you select the currency you actually need.
Can I use a GBP paysafecard on a euro account?
No. A GBP code will not redeem against a EUR payment, and the same applies in reverse. There is no conversion between the two.
What is the smallest paysafecard you sell?
The smallest value on the page is EUR 5. The lowest options in the other currencies are GBP 10, USD 10, CHF 25 and AED 50.
What happens to money left on the card?
It stays on the PIN and can be used for another purchase in the same currency. It cannot be converted to a different currency or turned back into cash by us.
