These are listed as Global, but the currency on the card is not cosmetic. A GBP card is meant for an account set to the United Kingdom, and the AUD listings carry Australia in their titles for the same reason. If the currency and region of the code do not match what your Twitch account is set to, it will not redeem and you are left holding a code you cannot use. Check the region on your account settings first, then pick the value in that currency.
One honest limitation before you spend. Once the balance is on the account it stays on Twitch. It does not convert back to money, it does not move to a different account, and it does not follow you to another platform if you stop watching. Leftovers just sit in the wallet until you use them on subs or Bits.
