Mighty Switch Force! Academy

I went in expecting a straight action game and found something closer to a turn-based tactical puzzle wrapped in real-time combat. You control a character who can invert gravity mid-level, flipping platforms, enemies, and your own trajectory to navigate tight rooms and defeat foes. The hook is that every level is a miniature puzzle box: you need to figure out the *sequence* of gravity flips that gets you through, not just react to what's happening. It's methodical for an action game, which means it'll frustrate players hunting for constant adrenaline, but it rewards the kind of brain work that strategy fans crave. The presentation is clean arcade-ish pixel art, and the difficulty curve escalates steadily without feeling unfair.
