Think of this the way you'd think of a Fire Emblem Warriors character pass, except the scope is far narrower. This is DLC, so it does nothing on its own. You need Azur Lane Crosswave installed to use any of it. What it delivers is the shipgirl Sirius as a playable addition to the roster, folded into the base game's third-person action combat and visual-novel structure rather than bundled as a separate story mode. Because the store listing is the only authoritative source on exactly which extras ride along (skins, support gear, any bonus dialogue), check it before buying if you care about the specifics. Who it's for is narrow and that's fine. Completionists building out the full character lineup, or players who specifically like Sirius and want her in rotation, will get what they came for. Everyone else, including anyone still deciding whether Crosswave itself clicks for them, can skip this entirely and lose nothing.
