Yu-Gi-Oh! Duelist Kingdom
A 2016 Yu-Gi-Oh! adaptation that lets you pilot two pre-built decks against AI, but the card pool is severely limited and online multiplayer is the real draw.
GamerScout Verdict
Best for Yu-Gi-Oh! newcomers looking for low-stakes online play without committing to the real card game.

Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Yu-Gi-Oh! Duelist Kingdom
I'm not going to pretend this is a full TCG simulator. Duelist Kingdom gives you two starter decks, Chaos and Ritual, and expects you to grind through campaign and challenge modes with minimal deck customization. The tutorial handles the basics, but if you're used to building from hundreds of cards, you'll hit a wall fast. The actual card interactions work, and the AI doesn't cheat, which counts for something. The online multiplayer is where this title justifies its existence. Playing against real opponents who pilot equally constrained decks keeps things competitive despite the limited card pool. Patch support from Other Ocean has been sporadic, and the 2016 release date shows in the interface design. If you want to learn Yu-Gi-Oh! mechanics without committing to the live card game, this scratches that itch. If you want deck-building depth, look elsewhere.
