Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V Gong v. Kit
A 2016 deck-building sim tied to the ARC-V anime, hamstrung by anaemic content and a 57% Steam approval rating that tells you everything.
GamerScout Verdict
A 2016 anime tie-in with two decks and predictable AI. Only for players chasing ARC-V nostalgia, not modern card-game depth.

Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V Gong v. Kit
I've reviewed enough card-game sims to know when a license exercise is masking thin design. Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V Gong v. Kit gives you two pre-constructed decks (Superheavy Samurai and X-Saber) and a campaign mode, but the card pool is frozen in 2016 and the AI doesn't punish poor sequencing. You're essentially fighting the same opening hands across Challenge Mode and story duels. There's online PvP, which matters if your opponent pool hasn't evaporated since launch, but Steam's review count says that ship sailed years ago. This is a footnote in the franchise, not a platform. If you want modern Yu-Gi-Oh! rules and a living player base, look at Master Duel instead. If you're specifically hunting 2016-era anime nostalgia and don't mind playing against predictable patterns, the controller support and campaign structure will get you through a few evenings. But 57% approval reflects reality: the content ceiling is low and there's no meta depth to chase.
