Worms: Battlegrounds + Worms W.M.D
Two Worms games bundled for Xbox: one turn-based, one with vehicle chaos. Pick this up if you've got couch co-op players and don't mind waiting between turns.
GamerScout Verdict
Couch multiplayer gold if you own the right crew; otherwise a dated curiosity that doesn't justify going online-less.

About Worms: Battlegrounds + Worms W.M.D
I'll be straight with you: Battlegrounds is the straightforward Worms formula on console. Take turns lobbing grenades, use physics to your advantage, watch your AI opponents occasionally do something brilliant and stupid at the same time. Worms W.M.D layers in vehicles, buildings, and extra crafting mechanics that add some fresh tactical wrinkles to the ancient series template. Both games are pure couch fun - local multiplayer where someone's always got something to laugh about, even if a shot whiffs. The bundle makes sense only if you want variety in your turn-based shenanigans. Performance is fine on Xbox, nothing fancy. Missing live online multiplayer hurts, and if you're solo, the AI will entertain you exactly as much as predictable worm behavior can. It's not the definitive Worms experience, but it's not bad either - just old, and asking you to like the core concept enough to sit through loading screens between turns.
