GamerScout Verdict
A competent VR puzzler with flashes of clever design, best for patient players unconcerned with narrative payoff.

About Torn VR
I went in expecting a VR puzzle-adventure with some narrative meat, and Torn delivers on the concept but stumbles on the details. You're solving environmental puzzles in a stylized world where tearing and manipulating the environment is your main tool. The core mechanic is solid enough, and there are moments where the spatial design clicks nicely. The problem is inconsistent puzzle difficulty, uneven pacing, and a story that hints at something meaningful but never quite lands emotionally. It's not bad, just... slight. The VR implementation works, the visuals are clean if unremarkable, and the runtime respects your time. If you're hungry for VR puzzlers and already cleared everything obvious, Torn is worth a weekend. Just don't expect it to stick with you.
