Heroes of Loot 2
A twin-stick Gauntlet throwback where you swap between four heroes mid-fight, fast and shallow in equal measure. Great in 20-minute doses, thin over a full evening.
GamerScout Verdict
Worth it if you want a snappy pixel dungeon crawler for short bursts, not a deep RPG to sink weeks into.
Compare Prices(6 stores)
Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Heroes of Loot 2
The hero-swap button is the whole game. Orangepixel lets you hot-switch between wizard, warrior, elf and valkyrie on the fly, so every room becomes a question of which body you want to be in right now: the warrior to soak a skeleton swarm, the wizard to clear it from range, the elf when you need speed to reach a lever before a gate slams. It changes how you read a dungeon. You stop thinking about your build and start thinking about rotation, and the randomly generated floors, quest NPCs and secret rooms feed that rhythm nicely. What it does not do is deepen. Loot is mostly stat bumps, enemies escalate in count rather than behaviour, and the quests are fetch-and-return errands dressed in pixel charm. Solo only, despite how obviously this begs for a couch partner (Remote Play Together is the workaround). Controller support is clean and the leaderboards give runs a reason to exist past the first hour. Treat it as a snack, not a meal, and it holds up better than its bigger-budget peers manage.
