ACA NEOGEO METAL SLUG 2 (Xbox One)

Metal Slug 2 is straightforward arcade action: you pick a soldier, grab a rifle, and fight your way through five levels of cartoonish explosion and alien invasion. The sprite work is gorgeous, the knockback physics are satisfying, and enemy variety keeps encounters fresh. It's not about strategy or puzzle-solving; it's about reaction time, positioning, and learning enemy patterns across repeated playthroughs. This is emulation of the 1998 arcade version, so expect 1998 difficulty and 1998 game design. Short levels, punishing enemy placement, and limited continues mean one playthrough takes 20-30 minutes. If you grew up feeding coins into arcade cabinets or you like your action games lean and demanding, this holds up. If you need narrative, progression systems, or tutorials, walk past.
