WhichWayOut?

I approach puzzle platformers with the same mindset I bring to roguelikes: can I understand the ruleset in under five minutes, and does each level teach me something new? WhichWayOut? delivers on both counts. The dark-themed physics engine creates clean, readable puzzles where you're solving movement problems rather than fighting the camera or collision detection. Levels are short enough that failure doesn't frustrate, and the achievement system suggests there's hidden depth for players hunting optimal solutions. The trade-off is obvious: this is a sub-budget indie title without the narrative flair or visual polish of mainstream puzzle games. It won't grip you for 40 hours, but as a palate cleanser between strategy runs or a lunch-break distraction, it punches above its weight. Best suited for players who value puzzle elegance over spectacle and aren't bothered by minimal story framing.
