For players comfortable with rough indie action-puzzlers who value core gameplay over presentation.

About Unusual and not safe experiments
I spent a few hours with Unusual and NOT Safe Experiments, and the core premise is solid: you're a robot navigating an abandoned complex full of traps and environmental puzzles that require timing and problem-solving to bypass. The action-puzzle mix feels intentional rather than confused, and there's genuine satisfaction in spotting the safe path through a hazard sequence. The catch is that this is clearly a smaller-budget indie effort, and it shows in the presentation and polish. Checkpointing feels inconsistent, collision detection has rough patches, and the learning curve leans hard on trial-and-error rather than telegraphing danger clearly. If you're the type who bounces off games with jank, walk away. But if you're patient and enjoy old-school puzzle-action games where failure is part of the tuning process, there's a scrappy little game here worth exploring.
