Think of this the way you'd think of a Crusader Kings event pack, except smaller and stricter: Betrayed Hope is an add-on that does nothing on its own, and you need The Last Federation installed to load it at all. The tag data here doesn't spell out the contents, so I won't pretend otherwise - it's an inline expansion pack for Arcen's solar-system strategy sim, and the store listing carries the actual item manifest. If you're deep enough into the base game's diplomacy and combat loop that you're already tracking faction hostility across a full campaign, it's an easy add. Anyone still deciding whether the base sim clicks should leave it in the cart.
