The one thing this does, it does cleanly: it puts Modern Amy's look on the playable Amy in Sonic Superstars, and you need Sonic Superstars (PC) installed for it to do anything at all. As an inline DLC costume it is cosmetic only, so her hammer moves, her double jump and everything else about how she controls stay exactly as they were. The store listing is the place to check what the pack includes beyond the outfit itself, since SEGA sold several of these skins separately alongside the base game. Who it's for is easy to answer. If Amy is your default pick in solo runs or in the four-player co-op and you want her to match her current-era design rather than the classic one, this is a small yes. If you rotate characters or mostly play as Sonic, skip it without a second thought, and note that costume packs like this do not touch the Mixed reception the base game has picked up.
