This one is for players already running Sniper Elite: Resistance who want two extra guns in the locker from hour one; it requires the base game to work, so it does nothing on its own. What you get is exactly two weapons: the M1911 pistol and the Karabiner 98 rifle, dropped into your loadout options rather than adding missions or maps.
