The data in front of me does not itemise the contents, and I am not going to guess at map names or scenario counts, so check the store listing for the exact manifest before you commit. Broadly, it is extra content layered onto the base game's supply-and-demand duels, aimed at players who already know how to counter a rival's water monopoly and want more board to fight over. Everyone else starts with the base game.
