About Mad Max + The Ripper DLC
The cleanest thing about The Ripper is that it does exactly one job and doesn't pretend otherwise. It is an add-on for Mad Max, so the base game has to be installed and owned before any of it exists in your world. What it drops in is a themed Magnum Opus package: a vehicle body and paint setup with matching hood ornament and gear, unlocked through the garage rather than earned across the wasteland's convoy grind. If you're building out a full loadout of car parts and want every body option available from the start, it's a small convenience. Everyone else can skip it without missing a single mission, story beat, or achievement. Steam's store listing has the exact component breakdown if you want to check which pieces you already have from other bundles.
