Jurassic Safari Hunt
A dinosaur hunting sim that trades realism for arcade thrills, but stumbles on execution.
GamerScout Verdict
Niche hunting sim with decent dinosaur fantasy appeal, but unpolished enough to frustrate genre fans.

About Jurassic Safari Hunt
I went in expecting a straightforward hunting game with dinos instead of deer. Jurassic Safari Hunt delivers on that premise - you're tracking and shooting various dinosaur species across semi-open maps, managing ammo and positioning like any hunting sim. The concept works: there's genuine tension lining up a shot on a T-Rex, and the dinosaur models are decent enough to sell the power fantasy of the hunt. The problem is everywhere else. The controls feel clunky, the AI is predictable, and the maps lack the environmental detail that would make stalking interesting. It's a narrow premise stretched thin across limited content. If you're desperate for dinosaur hunting and willing to forgive rough edges, there's a kernel of fun here - but most players will bounce after an hour.
