HITMAN World of Assassination Deluxe Pack (DLC)

Let's be clear about what this is: a content upgrade, not a standalone game. You need HITMAN World of Assassination already installed before any of this unlocks. Once it does, the headlining additions are two full campaign locations carried over from HITMAN 2 - Golden Handshake in New York and The Last Resort on Haven Island, a private Maldives resort that caters to the world's most wanted. Both are proper, multi-layer sandbox missions with disguises, sandbox kills, hidden challenge chains, and unlockable gear. They slot neatly into the main campaign without being story-critical, so you can drop in and out without losing the plot thread. The Sniper Assassin side gets two extra maps - Hantu Port and a Siberia setting - which extend the score-chasing, long-range puzzle mode that the base game already offers. Sniper Assassin is a specific taste: less improvisation, more planning and angle-reading. If you bounced off it in the base game, two more maps won't convert you. If you enjoy it, having more arenas to optimize is straightforwardly good. The Seven Deadly Sins collection is the pack's most divisive content. All seven acts are escalation contracts, meaning each one layers increasingly strict conditions on top of an existing map. Community opinion on escalations is split - some players love the focused mechanical puzzles they force, others find the format repetitive and frustrating when rules get stacked. Each act also comes with themed cosmetics: suits, items, and gadgets tied to its sin. If you're the type who replays maps chasing mastery ranks and silent assassin ratings, these add genuine replay value. If you were already done with escalations before opening this pack, don't expect a change of heart. The HITMAN 3 premium content layer rounds things out with six Deluxe Escalation Contracts, additional suits and items, digital soundtracks, a director commentary track on mission intros, and a digital art book. None of that changes the in-game experience dramatically, but the director commentary is a nice extra for anyone interested in how IO Interactive builds these sandboxes. Bottom line: the two full locations are the real argument for buying this. New York and Haven Island are well-regarded maps with distinct settings and solid target variety. Everything else - the escalations, the cosmetics, the bonus sniper maps - is supplementary, and how much it matters depends entirely on how deep you are in the game's systems. If you've cleared the base campaign and want more map time with Agent 47, this delivers. If you're a casual player who finished the story and moved on, most of this pack will sit untouched.
