I approached this as the final chapter of a trilogy, and CyberConnect2 clearly understood what works: focused encounter design that punishes lazy roster management and rewards specific unit synergies. The auto-battle system returns, but here it's integrated smartly enough that you're still making meaningful decisions about ability sequencing and positioning before you hand control over. Turns move fast, which matters when you're 40 hours into a campaign. The story wraps series threads without forcing bloat, and the mechanics respect your time. If you've sunk into the first two games, this is worth the closure. If you're new to Fuga, start with entry one instead, the progression curve assumes familiarity, and trying to jump in here would leave you lost on character arcs and mechanical context.
