About Eurofighter Typhoon
I flew Eurofighter Typhoon expecting a modern combat flight experience and found something closer to early-2000s arcade shooting with a modern plane skin. You're managing throttle, lock-ons, and missile spreads across scripted mission chains over Icelandic terrain. The campaign is brisk, the difficulty ramps hard, and there's no hand-holding. The Metacritic score of 69 feels fair: the flight model is forgiving enough for keyboard players but the mission design is repetitive, graphics are functional rather than impressive, and there's almost no story beyond the premise. It's a budget title that knows what it is. If you want a low-friction dogfighter to blow through in a few hours without overthinking it, this delivers. If you're hunting for depth or narrative, keep looking.
