Doomed to Hell

I spent a couple hours with Doomed to Hell, and it's a scrappy little wave-shooter that doesn't pretend to be polished. You play Rose fighting through randomized enemy gauntlets in hell, grabbing new weapons between fights to improve your odds. The core loop is straightforward: survive waves, beat a boss, get a new loadout, repeat. It's the kind of game where progression feels tangible because each run genuinely changes what you can do next time. The rough spots are obvious - visuals are bare-bones, balance can feel janky, and there's not much story to care about. But if you want a sub-5-dollar arcade-style shooter where you're constantly experimenting with different weapon combos and bosses actually pose a threat, this delivers. Not a hidden gem, just honest work for the price.
