About Demon Hunter 2: New Chapter
I went into Demon Hunter 2 expecting nothing, and it delivered exactly that. This is a straightforward hidden-object game wrapped in a thin demon-hunting premise. You click around pre-rendered scenes looking for items, solve simple puzzles, and tap through a story that exists mainly to justify moving to the next location. The art is passable, the mechanics are dated, and the whole thing plays like a mobile game that wandered onto PC. There's no reason to play this unless you're actively hunting for a ultra-casual time-killer with zero stakes or challenge. It has trading cards and achievements for completionists, but even those feel more like busywork than goals. If you loved the original Demon Hunter, maybe. Everyone else should look elsewhere.
