What you get is the Four Color Belorussian Front camouflage scheme for Soviet units, a multi-tone finish in place of the default coat. Relic shipped it in June 2013, and the store listing is where to check exactly which vehicles it covers, because the pack name doesn't spell that out. Zero effect on stats, unit rosters or the tech tree, so nobody's build order changes.
