Route discipline is the mechanic here: doors, timetables, and passenger stops, and Soviet Legend layers that onto Bus Driver, which you need installed before this pack does anything at all. It is an add-on rather than a standalone sim, and the data I have does not list its contents beyond the theme, a Soviet-era bus package for the base game's routes, so treat the store listing as the authoritative item list. If the appeal of older Eastern Bloc coaches lands for you, that period flavor is the whole draw, and it only matters if you already have hours in the base sim. Anyone happy with the buses already in the garage can skip it without guilt.
