Balloon Azuna
A quiet 2D platformer about a balloon girl rescuing her brother by literally changing enemy minds. Pixel-lean, intentional, and done before you miss it.
GamerScout Verdict
Best for players who value quiet craftsmanship and puzzle platforming over spectacle or length.

Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Balloon Azuna
I spent two hours with Balloon Azuna and felt the kind of care that only single-developer projects carry. You play as Azuna, drifting through hand-crafted platforming stages where your core mechanic is possession: touch an enemy and flip their allegiance, turning hazards into helpers. It's a simple idea executed with restraint. No bloat, no tutorial padding, no fake difficulty spikes. The pixel art is modest but deliberate, and the soundtrack sits in that liminal space between melancholic and meditative. What works is the pacing. This is a 6-to-8-hour game that knows when to stop expanding and starts wrapping up. The enemy variety doesn't explode into complexity, but each stage asks you to think spatially about possession chains and momentum. What doesn't work as universally: if you need constant forward momentum or story spectacle, the quiet tone might feel slight. But for players who value hand-tooled level design and a developer's genuine intent over polish-budget spectacle, Azuna rewards attention.
