The store page sets you up for a bundle of exploration gear, and that is broadly what you get, with one caveat I would put first: this does nothing on its own without Ylands installed and running. Bohemia never published a full manifest in the data I have, so treat the store listing as the authoritative item list rather than any secondhand summary. What it does not do is change how Ylands plays. No new mode, no new progression track, nothing that touches the multiplayer or editor side. If you are a completionist who wants every cosmetic pack in the launcher, or you specifically want that look on your character, pick it up. Everyone else loses nothing by skipping it.
