Eleven Table Tennis is the benchmark in this space, and the comparison matters because Reddoll's effort gets the one thing right that most VR sports fumble: the paddle feels bolted to your hand. Spin responds to wrist angle, the 1:1 tracking holds up under fast rallies, and the voxel-art presentation keeps the frame budget clean enough that motion stays crisp. The difference that matters is everything wrapped around that core. Where Eleven built an online ladder and a ranking system, VR Ping Pong hands you an AI opponent, a set of score-attack minigames, and offline-only isolation. No multiplayer, no ladder, no reason to come back on day four. That leaves a narrow but real audience. If you want a room-scale physical warmup that respects your time in ten-minute chunks, this delivers, and the Steam achievements give the score-attack modes a thin spine of structure. If you want an opponent that adapts, a progression curve, or anyone to play against, look elsewhere. Released in 2016 and largely untouched since, it is a competent physics demo that never grew into a sport.
