Unwording
Ninety minutes inside a man who hates himself, where anagram puzzles are the only way out. Slight, but it lands the ending it's aiming for.
GamerScout Verdict
Worth one quiet evening if you want mood and craft over challenge; skip it if you need puzzles that actually push back.
Compare Prices(5 stores)
Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Unwording
The store page promises a short first-person walk through one man's inner monologue, rewired by word puzzles. That's exactly what you get, no more and no less. Tom wakes up, thinks something cruel about himself, and you rearrange the letters of that thought until it becomes something kinder. Do it enough times and the street outside changes: flat gray blocks bloom into color, the art style shifts under your feet, the score opens up. The puzzles are barely puzzles (low difficulty, a nudge at most), and if you want resistance you will bounce off this hard. What saves it is restraint. Frostwood Interactive knows this idea has one trick and spends it in a single sitting rather than padding it to four hours. The visual transformation does the emotional work that the writing occasionally over-explains, and the mental-health framing stays specific instead of drifting into poster slogans. Ninety minutes, one evening, no regrets. Some games earn their length by stopping.
