This one is for people who already own Totally Reliable Delivery Service and want more playground to wreck, and it is a hard pass for anyone who does not have the base game installed, because the DLC will not run on its own. It slots stunt-themed props and cosmetic gear into the sandbox you already have, the kind of ramps, loops and dress-up bits that exist purely so four people on a couch can argue about who gets the best launch angle. Steam's item list is the place to check the exact contents before you commit. Mechanically nothing changes. Same floppy physics, same delivery jobs, same split-screen and Remote Play Together support, just more junk to build dumb setups with. Completionists and regular local co-op hosts will get something out of it. Everyone else, including anyone curious about the base game, should start with the main title first.
