It asks for patience first: hours of laser-shuffling and jammer logic before it hands you anything back, and it will not run at all without The Talos Principle installed. This is the expansion pack, not a standalone. What you get is four new puzzle worlds built for people who already cleared the base game's hardest stars. The puzzles assume you know connectors, fans and recorders already. There is also a message-board thread where a colony of trapped programs argues about faith and freedom, plus Steam Workshop and achievement support. Completionists and puzzle hounds who miss the old sigil grind will want it. If the base game's midgame already had you reaching for a walkthrough, skip.
