Sid Meier's Civilization VI - Babylon Pack (DLC)
Add-on / DLC for Civilization VI Gold Edition — view full gameA single-civ add-on that only works if you own Civilization VI Gold Edition. Hammurabi's eureka-driven tech rush is the draw, and it's a narrow one.
GamerScout Verdict
Only worth it if you own Civ VI Gold Edition and want a leader who rewrites the science build order.

Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Sid Meier's Civilization VI - Babylon Pack (DLC)
Hammurabi is the reason this pack exists, and he bends Civ VI's tech pacing harder than almost any leader in the roster. Note the requirement first: the Babylon Pack needs Civilization VI Gold Edition installed to work, so if you own only the base game or a different bundle, it will sit inert in your library. What you get is the Babylonian civilization led by Hammurabi, plus the associated unique unit, unique infrastructure and a new game mode toggle that ships alongside the New Frontier content. The hook is eureka abuse. Babylon trades passive science output for instant tech completion off boosts, which rewrites your build order into a scramble for the specific triggers each technology wants. It is a genuinely different opening loop, not a stat tweak. For the exact item list, check the store listing, since bundle contents shift. Worth it for players who want another sharply asymmetric leader to solve, skippable if you only play the standard rules and already have more civs than you rotate through.
