My level 4 party got shredded on the third floor of the Tenebrous Depths by a swarm I could not out-position, and the run reset from scratch. That loop is what this add-on bolts onto Pathfinder: Kingmaker, which you need installed for any of it to run. It adds a procedurally generated, ever-shifting dungeon you can either fold into your existing campaign or play as a standalone roguelike mode with pre-made or custom parties, scaling difficulty and permadeath rules. No new companions, no kingdom management, no story arc, just floors and encounters. Good for completionists and build tinkerers who want a combat sandbox; skip it if you came to Golarion purely for the writing.
