About Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous: Inevitable Excess
Inevitable Excess is a post-game epilogue that lets you punch way above your weight class. The premise is wild: defend reality itself using mythic abilities that rewrite the rules of combat. Problem is, the difficulty tuning is all over the place. Some encounters are trivial with the right build; others feel designed for a different ruleset entirely. The writing doesn't do much to justify why you're suddenly fighting universe-threatening bosses after the main campaign already wrapped. If you're a Pathfinder systems junkie who min-maxes builds for fun, there's something here to tinker with. Everyone else will probably find this a bloated victory lap that doesn't earn its cosmic stakes. The mixed Steam reviews speak for themselves: cool concept, rough execution.
