For indie fans who embrace weirdness over polish and want something genuinely different from the usual action grind.

About Obey Me
I went in expecting something pretentious, but Obey Me is refreshingly straightforward about what it is: a small indie action game built around a simple mechanic - responding to orders from on-screen prompts while navigating environments and combat encounters. It's not trying to reinvent the wheel or make a statement about agency and control, though the title certainly winks at that angle. The hook works best if you find humor in the absurdity of a demon frantically obeying mundane instructions mid-fight. Performance-wise, it's lean and runs smoothly. Don't expect AAA polish or depth, but if you're the type who appreciates oddball indie projects and can tolerate rough edges, there's a genuinely quirky thing happening here. Not for everyone, but for the right player, weirdly memorable.
