Worth saying up front: the All-Star Edition is an add-on package, not a standalone product, so you need NBA 2K25 itself on Xbox for any of it to matter. What you actually get is a currency and convenience bundle. There is 100,000 VC to spend on attribute upgrades, animations, or MyTEAM packs, plus MyCAREER accelerators: 150 Skill Boosts and 75 Gatorade Boosts, each good for 25 games, and Jayson Tatum cover cosmetics including a jersey. The boosts run on a game counter, so they expire on use rather than sitting in your locker forever. If you play a full season of MyCAREER and hate watching your badge progress crawl, that VC pile is the real reason to look. If you mostly play Play Now or franchise modes, none of this touches your time on the court, and the store listing has the full item breakdown before you commit.
