About Mortal Kombat X - Kombat Pack (DLC)
The pull here is the roster, plain and simple: Kombat Pack is the first MK X season pass, and it does not run without Mortal Kombat X installed. What it adds is four DLC fighters (Jason Voorhees, Tanya, Predator and Tremor) plus their variations, alongside a set of themed skin packs that reskin the base roster. Each guest character brings a full move list, fatalities and brutalities, so they slot into ranked, local versus and the tower modes rather than sitting in some walled-off side mode. Whether it earns a slot depends entirely on how you play. If you grind online or you want the complete character select screen, the four extra fighters change your matchup pool and that matters. If you bought MK X for the story mode and the odd couch session, the skins are decoration and the guest cast is a novelty you will try twice. Check the store listing for the exact skin pack contents, since the bundle has been carved up and rebundled over the years.
