Monopoly Deal
A digital card game spin-off of Monopoly that strips the board and replaces it with hand management and deal-making. Lean, fast, and genuinely fun if you like bluffing over rolling dice.
GamerScout Verdict
Solid 20-minute party card game if you want Monopoly's wheeling-and-dealing without the board.

About Monopoly Deal
I went in expecting a Monopoly reskin and found something almost unrelated. Monopoly Deal is a card game where you're building property sets and blocking opponents instead of circling a board. The core loop is tight: play cards, make deals with other players, steal completed sets, and race to three property monopolies. It's all negotiation and luck-reading rather than economic simulation. The Xbox version plays well solo against AI or locally with friends, though online multiplayer would've extended its legs. It's genuinely clever for what it is, but it's light stuff. Best as a palette cleanser between heavier games or party-night filler. If you love the wheeling and dealing of actual Monopoly without the four-hour slog, this delivers that in 20 minutes.
