I spent an afternoon with Meow Express expecting fluff, and that's exactly what I got, but the kind that actually works. It's pure arcade simplicity: move, collect, survive, repeat. The premise is absurd, the controls are responsive, and there's no pretense of depth. There's not much to unpack here, and that's fine.
