That is the gap the Rockstar Pass fills, and it will not do a thing for you without Max Payne 3 installed. It is a season pass, not a standalone: it bundles the game's add-on content, mostly multiplayer maps, modes and gear, into one entitlement rather than making you buy each pack separately. Rockstar's store listing carries the exact item list. Worth it if you are still queueing into Max Payne 3's multiplayer or want the single-player extras checked off.
