Do that, and what is underneath is a legitimate Japanese mahjong implementation: proper riichi scoring, real hand valuation, 23 selectable opponents, and full Japanese voice work that gets loud when they win. The problem is that the mahjong is the only part doing real work. The AI plays competently enough for casual sessions but rarely surprises you, there is no online play, and the progression is a thin excuse to unlock more artwork. The anime dressing is the selling point for its intended buyer and a total non-starter for anyone else, and it does not add anything to how the game actually plays.
