About Inside My Radio Digital Deluxe Edition
This one is for people who buy the album before they finish the game, and it is not for anyone who just wants a clean platformer without a metronome breathing down their neck. The Deluxe Edition wraps the base game together with the digital soundtrack, and that is the whole pitch. Unusually, the soundtrack is not shelf-filler here. The electro, dub and disco tracks are the level design, not a backing layer, so having them outside the game is closer to owning the sheet music than owning a wallpaper. As context: you play a green LED stuck inside a dying boombox, and every jump, dash and wall-hit has to land on the beat or it simply does not happen. Very Positive on Steam at 88%, and the split is easy to read. People who lock into the rhythm adore the short, deliberate run. People who fight the timing bounce off it hard. If you would not listen to the tracks on their own, take the standard edition and lose nothing.
