GamerScout Verdict
A gentle, harmless clicker with inclusive character design but minimal staying power beyond its novelty.

About iHUGU
I went in expecting nothing and got exactly that, but in a weirdly charming way. iHUGU is a straightforward idle-clicker where you tap to hug different characters - politicians, mythical figures, pop culture icons, real people from various cultures and beliefs. The core mechanic is tapping to accumulate hugs, with new characters unlocking as you progress. There's no strategic depth here, no skill gates, just a gentle loop of clicking and watching numbers go up. The game's heart seems to be its inclusive casting: the developers wanted to celebrate human diversity, which is a nice sentiment even if the execution is paper-thin. As an actual game, iHUGU offers maybe 30 minutes of distraction before the novelty wears off. It's not broken or offensive, just aggressively simple. If you want a zero-stress phone-style clicker for your PC and don't mind its age showing, it costs almost nothing. Otherwise, there are dozens of better idle games out there.
