For adventure fans who value introspection over spectacle and can forgive dated presentation for genuine character.

About Home
Home is a point-and-click adventure from over a decade ago that feels more like a personal project than a commercial release. The pixel art is deliberately spare, the puzzle logic is unconventional, and the whole thing moves at a contemplative pace that demands you actually care about what's happening on screen. It's not trying to compete with Thimbleweed Park or Monkey Island, it's aiming for something quieter and more introspective. If you're the type who appreciates experimental indie adventures and doesn't need hand-holding or slick production values, Home has a strange, unforgettable quality. The story unfolds in ways that reward patience, though the Metacritic score of 69 suggests plenty of players bounced off it. The puzzles won't hold your hand, the visuals won't dazzle you, and the whole thing might feel dated even by indie standards. But that's kind of the point.
