It is an add-on bundle, not a standalone product: you need Fishing Sim World installed for any of it to load. What you get is the Pro Tour expansion content rolled together, extra venues, tournament content and tackle for the game's competitive circuits, and the store listing is the only reliable place to read the exact item list because it has shifted over time. Worth unlocking if you already fish the tournament ladder and want every venue available from the start. If you are still learning to read a swim, skip it.
