Catan asks for patience before it gives anything back: turns of haggling over ore, blocked roads, and a robber that lands the moment you are one brick short. Super Deluxe is an upgrade pack for the console version of CATAN, not a standalone release, so you need the base game installed for it to do anything at all. The exact contents (expansion rule sets and cosmetic extras) live on the Xbox store listing, so read the item list there before committing. Aimed at people already running weekly Catan sessions who want more board to argue over. Anyone still happy with the base rules can skip it.
