Dungeonland pitches itself as a co-op dungeon crawler where you pick rogue, warrior, or mage and bash your way through medieval-themed levels with friends. The core loop is straightforward: pick a class, play through gauntlets, smash enemies, grab loot. It's the kind of game that works better when you're in Discord laughing at janky AI pathing than when you're hoping for tight moment-to-moment gameplay. The 67 on Metacritic tells you most of what you need to know: competent concept, underbaked execution. Class variety exists but feels thin, and the co-op chaos is as often frustrating as fun. If you want low-stakes cooperative button-mashing with pals who won't mind some rough edges, Dungeonland scratches that itch. Solo? Skip it.
