Cyber Gun
A 2019 solo-dev FPS platformer that demands frame-perfect jumps and gives almost nothing back if you miss. Rough, tiny, and stubbornly sincere.
GamerScout Verdict
For collectors of scrappy solo-dev oddities with patience for frame-perfect jumps; skip if you want fair platforming.

Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Cyber Gun
Think of the movement puzzles in Ghostrunner, then strip away the polish, the checkpoint generosity, and the budget. That is roughly where Cyber Gun sits. Semyon Maximov built this thing largely alone and released it in 2019, and every seam shows: stiff first-person platforming, retro shooter trappings that never quite become a shooter, and a difficulty curve made almost entirely of trial and error. When a jump lands, there is a real sparkle to it, that clean little click of a precision leap sticking. When it does not land, and it often will not, you are back doing the same three platforms again for the twelfth time. The 61 percent Mixed rating across 72 reviews reads to me as exactly right, not as a verdict on ambition. This is a short, hardcore curio with low-budget charm and a genuine idea about momentum buried under unforgiving hitboxes. If you collect strange small Steam pages and treat frustration as texture, there is an evening here. If you want your platforming to feel fair, look elsewhere.
