Critter Crunch
A puzzle game built on regurgitation, and somehow the most charming thing on your shelf. Short, bright, and best played with someone on the couch.
GamerScout Verdict
Best for couch co-op regulars who want a bright, short puzzler with more charm than difficulty curve.

Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Critter Crunch
The store page promises a colorful match-em-up about a critter who eats bugs, and that part is honest. What it undersells is how weird and tactile the 'Food Chain' loop actually feels: you slurp small bugs off the vine, spit them into bigger bugs to fatten them up, then pop the whole chain in a spray of juice that feeds the babies below. It is a chain-reaction puzzler dressed in Capybara's hand-drawn jungle art, and the animation work carries far more personality than the genre usually allows. The soundtrack hums along under it all, playful without ever getting shrill. Where reality drifts from the pitch is scope. This is a compact game, and the solo Adventure runs out well before it wears out its welcome, which I count as a virtue rather than a flaw. The real weight sits in the modes around it: co-op, versus, and Remote Play Together turn a pleasant afternoon into something you actually schedule. Playing alone, you will finish and feel gently done. That is fine. Not everything needs eighty hours.
